Well, I have a couple of commissions that people want me to do. Of course, the problem is that I'm not that thrilled about the prospect of drawing them right at the moment . They are both from snapshots, which, being tiny, are harder to work with (of course, the one is only of two cats, but I have to put them together from separate photos, and I've never done a serious cat drawing before). So perhaps I can work up the discipline to do one of them, then do the next thing on my list before I do the other. I haven't made any promises to either party, so I'm not under special obligation .

Now, of course, comes the question of what from my list I want to do next. These are some things I've been considering.

Carole Lombard - in graphite or charcoal/graphite

A photo I have of Carole Lombard and Clark Gable together - in the same medium

Erika Toda - in the same medium

Erika Toda - in colored pencil

Someone from an art forum that posted their photo and gave the OK to draw it - in a medium yet to be decided

If I felt like getting a subscription I could make this a poll, but judging from the fact that only cricket noises came in response to my last journal entry there probably wouldn't be much point anyway . It doesn't bother me whether I get a response or not because I know I haven't been around long enough for anyone to care that much what I pick next, but I like to have the chance to kick it around by putting it in my journal anyway.
