Well, I have a couple of commissions that people want me to do. Of course, the problem is that I'm not that thrilled about the prospect of drawing them right at the moment :yawn:. They are both from snapshots, which, being tiny, are harder to work with (of course, the one is only of two cats, but I have to put them together from separate photos, and I've never done a serious cat drawing before). So perhaps I can work up the discipline to do one of them, then do the next thing on my list before I do the other. Well, I have been intending to incorporate some drawings of actors from older movies into my works for a little while now, and that is the next thing on my list. I thought I'd actually start with a male actor, since it has been a while since I've drawn a man (I'm not sure why all my celebrity subjects have been attractive women; it must just be one of those odd coincidences :-)). The question now becomes whom to start with. I had been considering Humphrey Bogart, Cary Grant, Joseph Cotton, and William Powell, among others.
